I’m so sorry to just now learn of Larrys passing. My heart goes out to you and your family Cathy, and to those who loved Larry and are missing him. Larry (and you, Cathy), was so good to my Mom when you lived next door to her on Percival Street. She felt very supported by your truly neighbourly spirits …You keeping an eye on her, and Larry quietly clearing snow and cutting her grass as she aged. I often think about this kindness that really made a difference in the life of a woman living alone in her 80’s. I am so sorry knowing Larry (Birdman) has passed on. He and my Rick Teal (Budzinski) are in Heaven sharing a beer and laughing over old baseball memories!!! Larry was a great guy with a unique personality. He was a dedicated friend to us all. We will definitely miss him and lean on each other Cathy (Popeye) always for support and love.
