Obituary of Hunter James Watson

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Hunter James Watson in London, Ontario on Monday, October 6^th, 2025, in his 32^nd year. Loving father of his two-and-a-half year old son Dallas Watson McRae (mother Caitlin McRae). Beloved son of Catherine Watson (Lorne) and David Watson (Tammy). Cherished brother of Race Banner Watson, and step-brother of Kelly Sgroi (Amo), and Kyle MacPherson (Amber). Dear grandson of Belle Eyman and the late Rudolf Eyman. He will also be missed dearly by aunts Deborah Watson (Larry), Shelley Watson-Sheppard (Robert), Cheryl Baker (Jim), Susan Eyman (Andi), Marie Metzler (Willie), and uncle Jamie; cousins Ben Austin (Stephanie), Shannon Forer (Aaron), Sarah Swersky (Kevin), Dylan Sheppard (Sophia), Michell Sheppard, Nicholas Sheppard, Lyndsey Baker, Jason Baker (Meghan) Devan Metzler (Chantal), Alessa Matzler (Rokas), Adam Ostapiak, and Cristina Eyman (Xavier); and step-niece Scarlett MacPherson.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Rushnell Funeral Home (103 Mill Street North, Port Hope) on Saturday, October 18^th, 2025 for visitation beginning at 12:30pm. A funeral service for Hunter will then follow at 2pm. Interment will take place on Monday, October 20^th at Port Hope Union Cemetery (114 Toronto Road, Port Hope) at 10:30am.
