Obituary of Ronald James Miller

Born April 1st, 1940 in Port Hope- Died August 16th, 2026- Cobourg

Loving husband to Sandra for 64 years.  Proud father of Jennifer, Angela (deceased 2014), Peter and Christine. Grandfather to Angela’s 3 sons Benjamin, Dylan and Callum.  Great Grandfather to Sophie, Jamieson and Atlas.  Brother to his surviving sister Gladys and his 7 predeceased brothers and sisters- Shirley, Robert, Patsy, Gloria, Larry, Glenis, and Lorraine. Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Ron was a hard worker and all around great handyman and mechanic. He was an employee of GoodYear in Bowmanville for over 30 years. Ron enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter.  He was loved dearly and will be fondly remembered and missed by many.  

 A casual Celebration of Life to be held Sunday, August 30th, 2026 from 1pm to 3pm at the Port Hope Knights of Columbus Hall - 1 Elias Street.
