Obituary of David Allan Wood

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Allan Wood on Sunday, August 16^th, 2026, in Cobourg, at 82 years. Beloved husband of Flora Macdonald Wood, with whom he shared 54 happy years of marriage. Loving father of Victoria Beyette (Jeff) and Rebecca Wood. Cherished grandad of Zara Beyette (James Simpson) and Peyton Beyette. Dear brother of Rosemary Crilly (Gavan) and Carol Grey (late Denver). Missed by many nieces and nephews.

Born in England, David moved to Ontario and spent many years working at Premier Truck Group in Belleville, from which he retired at 80 years. When he wasn’t working hard, he loved playing golf, watching sports, and spending cherished time with his family, where he will be missed most.
