Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday June 16, 2021. Jim Bailey in his 84th year, was the son of the late Jane and Raymond Bailey and the brother of Eddie (Diane), Eileen and the late Charles, Jack, Rose, and Ray. Survived by his many nieces, nephews and great-nieces, great-nephews and their families. Private arrangements.
