I have wonderful memories of sitting in our kitchen having great conversations, discussions and laughs with Pat. . She will be greatly missed but not forgotten. Love the McIntyres.
Ken and Joan Wagg, Friends for life. We met as teenagers, stood up for each other in our weddings, had our children together one year apart, many many memories. So many wonderful stories and good times we had over the years some ups and downs. Pat is gone and never will be forgotten. Was a best friend for years and years. Condolences to all her family.
We will always remember Pat - we knew Jimmy and Pat before we had even moved to our home across from them. As we would be out often to see how our house building was going Jimmy and Pat invited us into their home to see what the finished product would look like as they had the same model as we had chosen. We all felt that was so kind of tham and through all the 20 years plus that we had the real pleasure to know her we found that kindness and understanding were always a part of her. So many parties and BBQs our Jeffries Street group had - so many good good times and Pat always there, often as hostess and always with that soft voice. We will miss you Pat but the memories we have will be ours forever and we will hold them closer than ever just now. We send our deepest and sincere condolence to the entire family.
We have lots of great memories over the 20 years we were next door neighbours to Pat and Jim. My favorite is the first summer we were in our houses. Pat and I decided to do the Port Hope annual garden tour. We purchased our passports and because we were both new to town we decided to follow the route map a few days before the tour so that we’d be familiar with it ahead of time. I was driving and Pat was navigating and we just kept getting lost. The more lost we got the more hysterical we got. It took us quite a while to finally realize that many of the streets in Port Hope, especially in the older sections have 2 and sometimes 3 different names.
It’s with a heavy heart that we celebrate Pat. From her smile and assistance when my father was at Highland Farms in West Hill, helping him pay at the checkout. Her putting up with us crazy kids in the basement of their home. Her and Jim looking after our newborn Erika as we attended my fathers funeral and all the wonderful memories in between. You will be missed by many but never forgotten. Sending our love to all the Feldcamp’s at this difficult time. To my Auntie Pat,
You were beautiful inside and out. Always so full of positive energy. One of my favourite memories was in your back yard in West Hill. We talked about the flowers / plants and I was lucky enough to be given some by you. I still have them planted in my garden. There are many years of memories in that house, from my childhood that I will cherish. May you Rest in Peace.
