Brereton, Donald "Patty" Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 26th in his 83rd year. He will be forever missed by his wife of 56 years Bonnie (Sadler), his sons Curt, Ryan and grandson Shawn. Patty was the son to Chuck and Buddy Brereton. Brother to the late Bill (late Heather), Marty (Judith), Mary Ellen Jones (late Jimmy) late Dean (Karen), Bruce (Heather), Gordie (late Lois) and late David John. Leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. Pat worked hard all his life and sat on local community boards helping others. Patty loved watching, playing, coaching, refereeing in sports. He was an avid fan of the Montreal Canadians. Please join us at the Port Hope Legion on Sunday June 18th from 1-4pm to celebrate his life with fun and happy memories.
