Anne was a caring, loving woman. She was frequently found in her garden, feeding her feathered friends, or patiently capturing just the right photograph in some wilderness location. I had the pleasure of joining Anne on a few snowshoeing treks and a camping trip or two. One of her favourite places was Bon Echo Provincial Park. She eagerly anticipated her visit to that park in particular though she loved Killbear and Algonquin too.
I lost touch with Anne and did not know she had been sick. I just learned of her passing and am deeply saddened. The world has lost someone very special.
