McMillan, Russell Douglas Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital with his family at his side, in his 81th year. Son of the late Clara (nee Girard) and Albert McMillan of Windsor. Brother to Bob. Born in Windsor, Russ came to the Port Hope area as a teenager and made it his home for the rest of his life where he married and started his family. First his daughter Cynthia followed by his sons "the twins" Joshua and Kyle. He married again and survived the late Dorothy. Russ loved a good chat and never met a stranger. He is survived by his children Cindy Scott (Rick Bayne), Josh, and Kyle McMillan (Morgan). His grandchildren Jessika Scott and Haidyn Scott (Matt Robins), Madilyn and Austin McMillan and his great granddaughter Emira Robins. Cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation will be held Saturday March 2nd, from 2 to 4 at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope.
