It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing at Extendicare Port Hope on Wednesday September 25, 2024. Rose was predeceased by her loving husband Eric Budgell Sr. Dear mother of Mary (Brian), Ann (Frank) and Eric Jr. Survived by grandchildren Brent, Brandon and four great-grandchildren. Sister of Pat, Marilyn, Betty, Peggy, Genevieve, Pauline, Ernest, Allan (Ali), Bob (Edna) and Francis. She will be greatly missed and loved always by extended family and friends. Private arrangements.
