Obituary of Marilyn Inch
MARILYN/MOM
It is with immense sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Marilyn June Inch (née Bebee) at Northumberland Hills Hospital, on Thursday November 7th, 2024, in her 95th year. Marilyn’s life was filled with kindness, strength and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She was known to all for her warm heart and thoughtfulness. Marilyn had a true gift for making people feel special and always had a hot home cooked meal or piece of fresh baked apple pie for visitors. To her family, she was a beacon of unconditional love and a guiding light that never dimmed. Marilyn’s compassion and love was a source of strength to her family. Marilyn was preceded in joining the Lord by her husband Raymond Earle Inch, and her parents, Ruluf and Hope Bebee (nee Anderson). Marilyn’s spirit remains alive in the memories of all who knew her. Marilyn was a loving mother to her daughters Leisa (Fred) and Cynthia (Jeff). Her pride and joy extended to her three grandchildren Cole (Laura), Curtis, and Gregory (Alice), as well as her four great grandchildren. Marilyn always made sure her family knew how much she loved them. Her words of comfort and reassurance were like a warm embrace, a reminder that home was always where she was.
The love between Raymond and Marilyn spanned over 72 years of marriage. Marilyn attended business school early in her career and later in life pursued her creative dreams and focused on her artistic vision. Mom, your absence, leaves an indescribable void in our hearts. We will carry your love with us always, cherishing the memories of your laughter, your gentle touch, and your words of wisdom. We know that you are now watching over us, our special guardian angel, as you always were.
Forever in our hearts, Marilyn’s love and kindness will live on in all of us she touched.
Mom you are missed beyond words.❤️
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Mulé and Carolyn Wilson for their compassion, and tireless dedication to Marilyn's care, and the care of her family. We will forever be grateful for the empathy and comfort you provided during mom’s final days. Also, a special thank you to the Palliative Care Unit at NHH and Marilyn’s first cousin, Bonnie Wood. Bonnie was an amazing support to Marilyn and family during this difficult time. Thank you for your love and prayers, we are eternally grateful.
