Welch, Jessica Cecilia Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Saturday March 13, 2004. Jessie Kingsley beloved wife of the late Bill Welch. Loving mother of Cecilia Vinet (Oscar) and Jennifer Cambray (Neil). Dear grandmother to Gerrard and Christopher Vinet and Andy Welch and Blair Cambray. Sister of Elizabeth Knox, Catherine Kingsley and the late John Kingsley. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Tuesday 6 pm until time of Funeral Service at 7 pm.
