Strong, Norman Passed away at Extendicare Nursing Home, Port Hope on Wednesday March 24, 2004. George Norman Strong in his 95th year, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Doney. Loving father of David Strong (Donna) of Port Hope and Philip Strong (Gwen) of Woodstock. Much loved Grampa of Tim, Deanna and Andrea. Son of the late Beatrice and George Strong. Brother of the late Effie Huther and Margaret Daly. Friends will be received at St. John?s Anglican Church, Pine Street North, Port Hope Tuesday March 30, 2004 from 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11am. Interment, Port Hope Union Cemetery. Port Hope Union Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope. The cemetery is located just past Jocelyn St./Marsh Rd. on the west (right) side of the road.

Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope to Ridout St. Turn left at Ridout St. Follow Ridout St. east (it becomes Walton St.) to Pine St. Turn left on Pine St. Follow Pine St. north. The church is located a short distance along on the east (right) side of the street at the corner of South St. FROM HWY 401 westbound Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. At the "Y" veer to the left and continue south to Walton St. Turn right on Walton St. Follow Walton St. west through the business section to Pine St. Turn right on Pine St. Follow Pine St. north. The church is located a short distance along on the east (right) side of Pine St. at South St.
