Herne, Reginald Walter Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Thursday March 25, 2004. Reginald Herne in his 89th year, beloved husband of Eva Andrus. Dear father of Margaret Clancy (Douglas) of Odessa, Ralph Herne of Port Hope and Patricia Heykoop (Klaas) of Grafton. Grandfather of Linda Storey (Michael) of Bath, Roland Clancy (Karen) of Yarker, Susan Clancy of Odessa, Sheila Calder (Rob) of Yarker, Shelley Wittmer (Tim) of Canton, Ohio, Carol Cairns (Andrew) of Port Hope, Brandon Heykoop of Grafton. Great-grandfather of Shannon, Meghan and Maeva Storey, Justin and Kendra Clancy, Jonathan and Rebekah Wittmer and Trevor, Alyssa and Curtis Cairns. Brother of the late Kathleen Sleeman. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Sunday 2-4 pm. Funeral Service Monday 11 am. Interment, Welcome Church Cemetery. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.

Welcome Church Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow County Rd. 2 south. The cemetery is located almost immediately south of the 401 on the west (right) side of the road.
