Johnston, Herbert Joseph Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday June 20, 2007. Herbert Johnston beloved husband of the late Greta Thomas. Brother of the late Mike and Helen. Brother-in-law of Leonard, Bill and Bud Thomas, Lila Park and Mae McDonald and the late Wyman, Russell and Ray Thomas and Winnifred Massey. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Friday 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Friday 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Allison Funeral Home Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.

Interment

Port Hope Union Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope. The cemetery is located just past Jocelyn St./Marsh Rd. on the west (right) side of the road.
