I worked with Cliff for over 20 years at Nortel and he was a great friend and mentor to me. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to visit with Cliff in early June of this year and I am so grateful for that time we had together. His son James snapped a quick photo of the two of us that I will cherish forever. Our deepest condolences to the entire family. RIP "Cliffy" Jennifer and Geoff

Dear Norma. Laura and I were very sorry to hear about Cliff’s passing. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. The note about Cliff’s love of golf reminded me of the many times we shared the practice range at Port Hope - Cliff was the only one I knew who liked to practice more than play. Norma, Jen, James, Ben, Sam & Matt ... sincerest condolences from Les, myself and the Pinder family for your loss. Cliff was always such a kind, soft spoken human. Posting a few pre-digital camera memories which illustrate how I saw Cliff ... always happiest with his family nearby where he could help and support them. Not to mention, always up for a good conversation about COBOL or other tech of the time. That dot matrix printer got some good use! He will be missed. Lots of love to you all.

My Uncle Cliff was a kind, loving, hard working, and funny person. I have fond memories as a child going to my Aunt Norma’s and Uncle Cliff house for the weekend. My Uncle always greeted me with a smile and a nice big bear hug. He was a wonderful Father to my cousins and a lovely husband to my favourite Aunt Norma. Thank you Uncle Cliff for creating such fabulous memories all those years ago. You will be greatly missed. My thoughts and love go out to my Aunt Norma, cousin James and Jen. It was my pleasure to have worked with Cliff what seems like a lifetime ago. He was a great part of the team, always willing to help out and share a laugh. Through a mutual friend I got back in touch with Cliff and Norma recently and am glad we had that last interaction. My deepest condolences to his entire family, and especially Norma who was always there for him.

Dear Norma and family Over the years it was my pleasure to become friends with Cliff as we worked on Knights of Columbus projects and events. He always was of cheerful nature and that made the work light and fun. His work experience certainly was an asset to our club.
